Minimal Aesthetic: Celebs Who Nail it
Celebrities have been influencing fashion for as long as we can remember. From glamorous looks at the Met Gala to everyday street fashion. Today we’re going to take a look at three celebs that nail the minimal aesthetic (or least their stylists did). I picked two different outfits from each celebrity. One that feels more casual and everyday, and one that’s more elevated.
Dakota Johnson
She is definitely one of those celebrities that feels like an everyday person. She’s very down to earth, so her style reflects that. From what I’ve heard, she pretty much works with one celebrity stylist.
I love this 70’s inspired look! I like how she added a lot of flair with the boots and accessories. The different colored denim washes definitely makes things interesting.
This is another great look. This one is super elegant, yet still minimal. It’s such a unique outfit, but very straightforward.
Zoë Kravitz
I am a huge fan of hers. In my opinion, she’s one of the coolest celebrities around. Her style is on the edgier side, but with a cool and effortless vibe.
A little black dress paired with a denim jacket can go a long way. I love how the bag and shoes elevate this look.
How cool is this look? It’s so colorful, but congruent. It’s creative how she has different shades of the same color going on.
Selena Gomez
I can’t be the only one who thinks she’s like the big sister we all wish we had. She’s super talented, and the Rare Beauty makeup line is simply amazing.
This outfit is so adorable! She definitely got in touch with her inner child with the dinosaur print sweatshirt. This goes to show that you can elevate any look with the right shoes and accessories.
You can’t go wrong with black. Wearing all black can seem a bit boring , but with the right pieces you can create a really stylish outfit.
Angelina Jolie
I think she’s got this cool mom vibe that we all hope to have when we’re older. These two looks are the epitome of chic minimalism.
Pointed toe heels, a crisp white shirt, and gorgeous beige pants. It’s just perfect!
This one is a very elegant look, and yet so easy and approachable. The all-white jumpsuit is the perfect work-day piece for anyone looking for comfort and style.
“Quiet Luxury”
This recent trend has been all over the internet. It’s honestly just a new way of looking at minimalism. These celebrity looks are perfect examples of that. They’re wearing high quality clothes that don’t scream designer. Some of the pieces might even be from regular stores. Because at the end of the day, it’s not so much how much you spend, but how you put different things together. Anyone could make a designer outfit look good, but it takes real creativity to work with less.
